Tri State Video Service converts video to DVD, MPEG 2 at 30 fps, up to 2 hours from one video source.  We support many tape formats, including VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, 8mm, Hi8, Digital 8, SP,  Mini-DV, DVC-Pro, and DVD.
 
Standards Conversion
Video systems around the world differ from country to country.
For example, in the US we have NTSC and in England they have PAL.
Video Taping Service can convert your video to NTSC, PAL or SECAM formats.
 
PAL/SECAM VHS/VHS-C to or from NTSC VHS  up to 2 hours - $25
PAL DVD (Region 2) to NTSC VHS - $50

Film Conversion
8mm & 16mm film, slides and photos can be converted to DVD and most video tape formats.  Titles can be recorded on transfers to identify or date material. 
 
Our sophisticated transfer system is comprised of the most advanced professional recording components available and is operated by technicians who value your film footage. All you have to do is number the reels in the order you would like them on your tape or DVD.
The film is returned to you on the original reels that were given to us.  Slides and photos are computer digitized, and can also be transferred in the order you would like, grouping vertical and horizontal items.
Once your order has been transferred to video, duplicate copies can be made.
