What is included: we will need the program, announcement from the paper, invitation, 5-10 pictures of the bride and 5-10 pictures of groom throughout their life, color engagement picture and either favorite song or a wedding song. All this is placed on the first part of the tape.

 

We will arrive before the pictures are taken. We will film the entire wedding, receiving line, leaving the church, all the supportive people such as cake cutters, punch pourers, host/hostess, cake cutting, first toast, first kiss, and special toast from the wedding party. At the dance, we will film the grand entrance, first dances of the bride/ groom, wedding party, father/daughter and or mother/son and the first song or two that is open for the guests. The final project is FULLY EDITED for content and time and is NOT just the raw video footage.  A fullly functional DVD Menu is created with your wedding information and personalized with the colors of the WEDDING party.  This video is a complete FINAL package that will be enjoyed for many years to come.  We pride ourselves in providing a great video of your very SPECIAL day while being aware of the final cost.  Don't settle for less than what you want get the BEST VIDEO- A TRI STATE VIDEO SERVICE WEDDING VIDEO. 

If there something that you would like to have filmed, please let us know and it is our pleasure to do what you request.We are working for you and will do anything to capture the day that you want no matter what.  One thing that we will be unable to film on your special day is when people are eating at the reception or if the wedding party goes to an establishment that is offsite for social activities due to legal issues associated with the patrons of that location.

 

Some of the things that have been done include short interviews of bride and groom prior to the wedding ceremony, best wishes from your guests, filming when the bride is getting her hair and nails done, off site filming of pictures either prior or following the wedding.

All Inclusive price for the Entire Day $1200.00 ( plus tax).

 

A $100 non refundable deposit will be needed to hold the date.We require the entire balance to be paid for the event 10 days in advance of the event.   We reserve the right to book a wedding if there is no deposit to hold that particular date. The first wedding booked with a deposit has priority. We do not double book weddings for the same date to ensure that you, our customer get the service that you are expecting. For the copies of the tape we charge $15 per copy for VHS and $30 for each DVD. The DVD/S or tape/s will be ready the next week for pickup and that the total will be due at that time.
